Helping you achieve your educational goal is the primary role of all the members of the Elizabeth City State University faculty. Within the Department of Technology you will have the opportunity to work with an extremely diverse group of professors who received their doctorates from prestigious institutions such as Center for Advanced Computer Studies: Univrsity of Louisiana at Lafayette, Old Dominion University, Embry-Riddle Aeronuatical Unviersity, North Carolina State, and Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University.

Our faculty has been involved in research and many other scholarly activities. If your institute of higher education offers a technology course there is a good chance that you used a technology textbook entitled Data Network & Internet Communications Technology written by one of our faculty members or read his technology column published monthly in Tech Directions magazine. Another member of our faculty is PI of a NASA grant.
