Payroll Distribution

Please review the payroll schedule for exact dates.

The mid-month payroll includes temporary employees as well as overtime, on-call, shift premium and holdiay pay for permanent employees.  This payroll distribution date is the fifteenth of the month or the working day prior to the fifteenth  if the fifteenth falls on a weekend.

The end-of-the-month payroll is for permanent employees.  This payroll distribution date is the last working day of each month with the exception that the December distribution is normally earlier due to the Christmas holiday schedule.

Payroll checks and stubs may be picked up from the lobby of the Marion D. Thorpe Administration Building from 9:00 a.m. - noon or in room 207 of the Marion D. Thorpe Administration Building after 12 noon.

December is the only month that pay checks/stubs are distributed early.  this early distribution is due to the Christmas holiday schedule.  This only affects permanent employees and the end-of-month payroll.
