Guide is a set of Web design recommendations, logos, graphics and templates
for school, department, program and institutional Web publishers at Elizabeth
City State University. The contents of this guide are not rules and are
not the only "right way" to design Web pages but are an adopted set of
standards for page design at Elizabeth City State University. We encourage
the use of these templates and graphics, since their use will create a
more professional and unified look.
