Note 1: ECSU students may enroll in a total of 18 credit hours combined for the winter session and spring semester. Students who meet the GPA requirement to take a course overload may request to take an additional 3 hours during the spring semester.

Withdrawal Refunds

If a student officially withdraws from the University during or before the first four days of the semester, the total amount paid may be refunded as no charges would be due for the student. After the first four days of registration, any refunds of charges for tuition and fees will be reduced by 50 percent of the total tuition and fees for the next four days. After the first eight days of the semester, no refunds will be made and all tuition and fees as billed will be due. This schedule begins with the first day of scheduled classes regardless of the actual day of enrollment. The tuition and fees refund schedule for the 2014 winter session is as follows:

Note: Refunds for any classes dropped by Thursday, December 18, 2014 will be available and mailed to students on Friday, December 19, 2014.  The current address on file for the student will be utilized for the refund.
 

Book Rental Fee

Rental $47.93
Flat Shipping Rate $7.50
(Local students may pick up books from the bookstore.)

 

Course Offerings 

ECSU students may enroll in a total of 18 credit hours combined for the winter session and spring semester. Students who meet the GPA requirement to take a course overload may request to take an additional 3 hours during the spring semester. Classes with less than 10 registered students on December 10 will be cancelled. Course offerings are subject to change.
