University Controller

The Financial Reporting Department provides consultation services to address financial reporting standards, assist with the monitoring of audit finding resolutions, assist with internal audits and year-end financial reporting activities.  This area manages the university financial accounting and reporting operations (e.g. Comprehensive Annual Financial Report, Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS) Reporting, Unified Financial Data Mart (UFDM), etc.).  The Financial Reporting Department will also conduct financial data analysis to aid management in establishing sound university financial business practices, enabling outcome-based business decision models, and develop accountability matrixes for the university.  In addition, this department will be responsible for conducting operational reviews, audits, analysis, and recommendations for university activities and operations.
