The Division of Human Resources and Payroll is committed to providing superior customer service to all our customers. The staff takes pride in every facet of the operation to ensure quality management of policy development, revision and enforcement to protect the integrity of the university. Major goals for the past two years have included processes that place the division on the cutting edge of technology in efforts to become a paperless operation. People Admin provides users throughout the world, nationally and internationally, to apply for positions and receive instant confirmation of receipt of their applications. Moreover, the user can also track the progress of the application throughout the process. Additionally, university administration completes the entire hiring and evaluation processes in a paperless fashion.
The Division joins the Chancellor and all divisions to ensure that the university produces superb students by ensuring that quality personnel in academia are recruited, budgets are carefully managed, fundraising is promoted and students are generally satisfied with their university of choice.
