Statement of Purpose

Our mission is to assist faculty, staff, and students of Elizabeth City State University with all of their computing needs. We provide assistance to the University community in the areas of microcomputer applications, hardware, and net working. We also support e-mail, Web pages, and other applications that run on the University's campus-wide systems.

IT Helpdesk Staff

The Helpdesk employs both full-time and student workers to assist the University community with computer-related issues.

You can request technical help in three different ways:

1. Students:
Call our Helpdesk at (252) 335-3939. Our Helpdesk staff is available to answer your calls Mon-Fri, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm.

Bring your computer to ITC room 134 to receive customer service assistance.

2. Faculty/Staff:
