A student may register as an auditor for a course with the written consent of the instructor, the Graduate Program Coordinator, Department Chair, Dean of the School, and the Director of Graduate Education. Classes audited shall count as a part of the student's load, but he or she will receive no credit and no grade will be assigned. An auditor is expected to be regular in class attendance. An auditor is not required to take tests and examinations. An auditor who finds it necessary to discontinue class attendance should formally drop the course. Auditors must submit a completed Application for Graduate Admission, pay the $30 application fee, and register officially for the class he or she desires to audit. Students who are enrolled as full-time students may audit a maximum of six (6) credits per semester. Students who are enrolled as part-time students may audit a maximum of three (3) credits per semester.
