A comprehensive look at the state of knowledge in environmental microbiology by discussing recent primary literature and review articles. Topics include microbial ecology, pollution and bioremediation, mineral cycling, biofilms, and microbial treatments of wastewaters. Prerequisite: Microbiology or Consent of Instructor.
