Welcome!
The Division of Human Resources and Payroll is committed to providing superior customer service to all our customers. The staff takes pride in every facet of the operation to ensure quality management of policy development, revision and enforcement to protect the integrity of the university. Major goals for the past two years have included processes that places the division on the cutting edge of technology in efforts to become a paperless operation. The Web for employees, driven by Banner, empowers the users to access leave and benefit information at any time at their convenience. People Admin provides users throughout the world, nationally and internationally, to apply for positions and receive instant confirmation of receipt of their applications. Moreover, the user can also track the progress of the application throughout the process. Additionally, university administration completes the entire hiring and evaluation processes in a paperless fashion. In 2009, we anticipate the installation of BEACON, a new software that combines Human Resources and the Office of State Personnel data entry with Central Payroll data entry creating a higher level of efficiency in ensuring that employees are paid timely and accurately.
The Division joins hands with the Chancellor and other divisions to ensure that the university produces superb students by ensuring that quality personnel in academia are recruited, budgets are carefully managed, fundraising is promoted and students are generally satisfied with their university of choice.
Join us on "A Journey Toward Excellence!"
