Gmail (Student)

  1. Click the Compose button to create a new email.
    1. Click on the Attach File icon (or paperclip).
    2. Locate and select the file, click on Open button.
    3. The file(s) should be listed above the Send button at the bottom of the New Message.
    4. After keying in the email address you are sending the attached file.
  2. Click on the Send button to send the email with your attachment.

Microsoft Outlook Web App (Faculty/Staff)

  1. Click on New button to create a new email.
    1. Click on the Attach File icon (or paperclip).
    2. Locate and select the file, click on Open button.
    3. The file(s) should be listed in the Attached field.
  2. Click on the Send button to send the email with your attachment.
