Viking Parents Club

Parents

ECSU embraces parents and families as a vital part of the Viking Family. Therefore, the university established the Viking Parents Club in the Division of Institutional Advancement. By working in conjunction with the Division of Student Affairs, the Institutional Advancement staff strives to implement programs, activities and communications to create a strong partnership between the university and the families of our students. Our overall goal is to keep you involved in the life of not only your student but also the university.

Membership in the Viking Parents Club is open to all ECSU parents and families. When you join, you will have the benefit of receiving emails informing you about important campus news and events and have the first opportunity to register for the annual Parents and Families Weekend. The Viking Parents Club will serve as your first-stop to share your voice with the university and to share your experiences with other parents and families.

By joining the Viking Parents Club:

YOU play an active role in your student's collegiate experience.
YOU have access to resources and support as you help your student transition to college and make important decisions from enrollment through graduation.
YOU receive important information about your student's education and college life.
YOU help to bring about stronger relationships among students, parents, faculty, and administrative officials of the university.
YOU build a network with other ECSU parents.
YOU become an important ambassador for ECSU in your community.
