Welcome to Elizabeth City State University!  As the parents and families of our students, you are a vital member of the Viking family. 

We value your involvement with the university, and your support helps our students to be successful.  We want to ensure that you are always aware of campus information.  I encourage you to visit the ECSU website regularly to stay informed of campus news, important dates and other information. I also encourage you to sign up for the ECSU Alert/PIER System network so that you have first hand information of emergency or crisis situations on campus. Please get involved by joining the Viking Parents Club.  The Parents Club is our means of establishing a strong partnership between the university and our parents and families and of fostering a network of ECSU parents who support each other and the university. We have exciting events on campus throughout the year, and I hope that you will visit us often. Our annual Parents and Families Weekend is a great time for you to visit campus and learn about the many academic, social and cultural offerings ECSU provides for your student.
