Delegate Check-in
Delegates representing educational institutions will check in at the M. D. Thorpe Administration Building beginning at 9:00 a.m. for the installation ceremony. (Look for signs indicating designated parking areas when you approach campus.)

Robing
Robing will take place on the 3rd floor of the M. D. Thorpe Administration Building. Academic regalia is required for official delegates. All participants will furnish their own regalia.

Procession
Delegates will begin lining up outside the M. D. Thorpe Administration Building at 9:00 a.m. (A marshal will arrange the delegates according to the founding dates of the institution they represent.) The procession will mark the beginning of the installation ceremony.
