SPED 430: Assessing & Teaching Mathematics to Diverse Learners (3) (S)
In this course, candidates will learn to assess and teach mathematics to diverse learners. Candidates will provide multi-sensory instruction that moves from the concrete to the abstract and will utilize formative assessment data ( including error analysis) to make instructional decisions. A special focus will be on addressing underlying basic concepts while meeting grade level competencies.
Co-requisite: SPED 431.
