Release of Directory Information
For the convenience of students, parents, other members of the university community, and the general public, the university will make available, upon request, directory information about its students. In compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (P.L. 93-380), the university will continue to release the following types of information: the student's name, address, telephone listing, date of birth, major field of study, dates of attendance, degree and awards received. Students who do not wish to have directory information released without prior consent must make their request to the Office of the Registrar in writing within seven days after the first registration day of the current term of enrollment.
