AVI 420: Crew Resource Management (3)
The student will learn the fundamentals of CRM and the decision–making processes that challenge crewmembers in the complexities of modern day aircraft and airspace. The student will research and analyze CRM-related aircraft accidents as reported by the NTSB and other sources. CRM issues will be demonstrated and studied, and a flight training device may be used when applicable.
