CHEM 102: General Chemistry II (3) (F;SS)

The second part of the general chemistry course in the two-semester sequence. Topics such as periodic properties of the elements; basic concepts of chemical bonding; molecular geometry and bonding theories; gases; intermolecular forces; liquids, solids, and modern materials will be discussed.Prerequisite: CHEM 101/L; Corequisite: CHEM 102L.
