CHEM 402L: Biochemistry II Lab (1) (F;S)

This Laboratory course focuses on the fundamental techniques of biochemistry. The course will cover assay methods; separation of macromolecules by electrophoresis and chromatography; isolation, purification, and analysis of enzymes; recombinant DNA procedures; and polymerase chain reaction (PCR).
