GE 175: Intermediate Swimming (1) (F;S)

Designed to provide students with opportunities to learn the elements of good swimming by providing a wide variety of strokes, treading, sculling, underwater swimming, and basic elements of rescue. This is an elective course for the general student body but a physical education requirement for majors.

Prerequisite: GE 174 or consent of the instructor.
