PSY 420: Counseling Principles and Practices (3) (S)

An introduction to current counseling theories and expanded treatment practices. Course participants are provided with a conceptual framework for implementing representative approaches in diverse counseling settings. There is an emphasis on meeting client needs by maximizing personal and academic development through the counseling process.

Prerequisite: PSY 212, PSY 330 or PSY 360.
