ATC 250: Terminal Radar Operations I

This course will enable students to gain an understanding of the knowledge required to work in a Terminal Radar Approach Control (TRACON). Specifically, this course will cover content in the following areas: TRACON equipment and operating positions, radar identification, radar separation standards, vectoring, instrument traffic patterns, approach clearances, standard phraseology, aircraft emergencies, stripmarking, communications and teamwork.

Prerequisite: ATC 101.
