Elizabeth City State University has positioned itself to thrive in an ever-evolving and increasingly complex global society. With the demands of the 21st century, it is imperative that enrollments increase and are managed effectively. When this occurs, students who reach their potential as a result of their ECSU experience are invaluable in multiple markets. In addition, it is clear that recruiting targeted markets and deploying specific strategies tend to support increased graduation rates. Therefore, using a multi-faceted approach, the University addresses and manages enrollment concerns by coordinating the efforts of the following offices: Admissions and Recruitment, Student Financial Aid and Scholarships, Registrar, and Retention.
