Special Needs Students

In accordance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and American with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA), Elizabeth City State University offers services through its Center for Special Needs Students. Any student seeking reasonable accommodations must notify the University. Students must submit required completed forms to the Center for Special Needs Coordinator and also provide current documentation of their disability.
