Request for Publicity Assistance

Please use this form to report campus events and to request publicity assistance from the Office of University Relations and Marketing. To increase our chances of generating coverage by the mass media, please submit the form four weeks prior to the date of your event. If participants need to register or meet related deadlines, please submit this form in a timely manner

1. Who is organizing or sponsoring the event?
2. What is the event? (Concert, debate, etc.)
3. Please list the location of the event.
4. Please list the time and date of the event.
5. Who can we contact for more info (Please provide name and phone number)
6. Is this event open to the public?
Event Description: Please provide the speaker, presenter or performing artist's biography, current title and the organization she/he represents. In the case of performing artists, please provide a description of the type of performance the audience can expect.
