Scholarships

Scholarships are merit-based or need-based awards that do not have to be repaid. ECSU offers a variety of scholarships to help recognize academic achievement, leadership, and talent. Explore opportunities through institutional, departmental, and external sources.

Federal Work-Study Program

The Federal Work-Study program provides part-time job opportunities for eligible students to earn money while enrolled at ECSU. Work-study jobs help students gain valuable work experience and offset educational expenses.

Grants

Grants are need-based funds provided by the federal or state government that do not require repayment. Common grants include the Pell Grant and the NC Education Lottery Scholarship. These funds are awarded based on financial need and eligibility.
