Before you complete your reservation, please carefully review the information below:
PAYMENT/CANCELLATION INFORMATION: All reservations require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $212 which will be charged at the time of booking. This deposit will appear on your credit card as Convention Services, Folsom, CA. Any remaining balance will be charged to your card at check-in. A processing fee of $12 will be deducted from the NON-REFUNDABLE deposit and $200 will be applied towards your reservation. All reservations and deposits are non-transferable. To avoid any additional penalties, the reservation must be canceled 3 days prior to arrival; however, the deposit of $212 is non-refundable regardless of the date of cancellation.
