Congratulations, Class of 2022!

Join Elizabeth City State University to celebrate its 175th Commencement ceremony on Saturday, December 10, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. at the R. L. Vaughan Center.  This in-person gathering honors graduating students from our departments and schools across campus together during this university-wide event.

COMMENCEMENT TICKETS REQUIRED! 
Due to the relatively large number of graduation candidates for the fall 2022 commencement, tickets will be required for commencement attendees (excluding graduation candidates and faculty/staff in regalia). Each graduation candidate will be provided with ten (10) tickets. Graduation candidates will need to present their ECSU Viking One ID Card and know their Banner ID number to pick up their tickets.  Read More.

Dr. Alma S. Adams was elected to her fourth full term representing the 12th Congressional District of North Carolina on November 3, 2020. After winning a special election in November 2014, Congresswoman Adams was sworn in immediately as the 100th woman elected to the 113th Congress.  Read More.
