From South/West
From the South or the West, take US 17 North to Elizabeth City. Make a right on Halstead Blvd. to ECSU Campus. Turn left on Harrington and right on Hoffler, then right onto Parkview Dr. Turn right into the parking lot. There is 30 minute visitor parking available.
From 17 Bypass
From 17 Bypass South take Exit 258 for Halstead Blvd. Ext. Turn left on Halstead Blvd.
Visitor's Pass
All visitors to the ECSU Campus other than those using the 30 minutes parking space must obtain a visitor's pass. Vehicles without a pass are subject to ticketing and/or towing. You may obtain a visitor's pass at Thomas/Jenkins Building/Campus Police.
