Elizabeth City State University offers online degree completion programs and totally online degree programs at the undergraduate level and a totally online degree program at the graduate level. Our online programs provide the same quality education and accreditations as our on campus programs. ECSU Online offers a flexible, convenient way to earn or complete your degree and advance your career. Online Degree Completion Programs

Online Degree Completion (ODC) programs require prospective students to transfer in an Associate's Degree from specific Community Colleges with whom ECSU has an established articulation agreement. Students must complete all courses listed in each articulation agreement (approximately 60 semester credit hours) before being admitted into an Online Degree Completion Program. Once accepted, students will then be allowed to complete any remaining coursework online at ECSU. Students receiving associates degrees from Community Colleges that do not have articulation agreements with ECSU are not guaranteed an online schedule for courses. Below is a list of all Community Colleges in which ECSU has 2+2 Online Degree Completion articulation Agreements.

Department of Social Sciences | Criminal Justice

ECSU has agreements with select community colleges for Criminal Justice. Eligibility requirements for students to enroll in the online degree completion for Criminal Justice requires students to have completed an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Criminal Justice Technology from one of the below community colleges.

ECSU has a 2+2 Online degree completion program that provides flexibility for student schedules. This agreement is ONLY with the following regional community colleges with the indicated Associates of Applied Science degree.
