The mission of Auxiliary and Business Services is to provide quality goods and services that make each interaction with faculty, staff, students, and the university community positive and successful, while exceeding customer expectations.
It is a primary goal of Auxiliary and Business Services to contribute to the educational mission of Elizabeth City State University by providing support services of excellence in the areas of the Viking ID Card Office, Central Receiving, University Post Office, Surplus Management, Venue Reservations, as well as the oversight of Bookstore, Dining Services, Vending Services, and theTicket Office . Auxiliary and Business Services strives to utilize innovative technologies and practices in order to offer ECSU constituents the best values in products and services.
