Tax Forms Information

Direct Deposit

Paper Direct Deposit forms can be submitted in person or by mail. Do not send forms through email or by fax. Any direct deposit forms received after the 15th of the month may not be effective until the next payroll cycle. If there is an emergency regarding your current direct deposit account, contact the Payroll Office.

Made an error after submitting your time?
A time sheet cannot be changed once it has been submitted. Contact your supervisor if you discover a problem or contact HR at 252-335-3252

Missed the time entry deadline?
You will need to submit a Biweekly Late Submission Time Sheet and contact Payroll at 252-335-3204.
