IMPORTANT INFORMATION....

  • Social Distance practices must be followed.  Masks are required.

  • Only 3 - 5 people will be allowed in the lobby at one time for service at the window.

  • We will be operating with limited spacing in our efforts to practice social distancing.

  • Please take advantage of our new VIRTUAL LOBBY service to assist students and parents with student account services to avoid long lines and wait times

What is Clearance?

Clearance is when all required documentation is provided and confirmed and/or your bill is paid in full. Clearance is provided by the Office of Student Accounts .

  • Any student not cleared by Monday, January 10, 2022 at 5pm will have their class schedules cancelled for non-payment.

 

Spring 2022 semester bills are due on Monday, January 3, 2022.  Classes begin on January 11, 2022.

 

Email notifications will be sent to all students of their clearance status beginning Monday, January 3, 2022.  If cleared, book rental orders will be fulfilled within 24-48 hours.

 

Step 1.  Register for classes (Either with an advisor or through SSB)

Step 2.  Accept Financial Aid terms and conditions (SSB)

Step 3. Pay your tuition bill (financial aid, payment plan, pay in full, etc.)

Step 4. Receive an email of cleared status

Step 5. If residing on campus, move in

Check List

  • Bill paid in full 
  • Financial Aid (FA) covers your bill completely
  • Receive FA and pay the difference
  • Receive Outside Scholarship, Waiver or Loan
  • Military funds cover total bill (Link)
  • Setup payment plan for balance due (Link)

Check List

  • Hold may be placed on your student account
  • Receive an email that you are not cleared
  • Schedule could be dropped/cancelled
  • Cannot move into resident halls
  • Cannot use meal plans
  • Will not receive book rental order
