GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to entering data into a computer, filing records, sending and receiving faxes, answering telephone calls, and relaying messages, grading papers, inputting grades, processing records.
 
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  •  Research Data entry
  • Perform general clerical duties including mailing, faxing, typing, and filing
  • Provide assistance with pantry management
  • Provide assistance with event management
  • Perform duties relating to Microsoft Office Products including word, powerpoint, flyer development, advertising, and website research 
  • Perform other tasks and projects as assigned.
 QUALIFICATIONS
  • Appropriate candidates will have basic microsoft Office skills, people skills, time management skills
  • Must work well with others and demonstrate an appropriate work disposition while being flexible and willing to accept and integrate feedback

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to doing research on an assigned topic, and providing analysis and reporting. Provides assistance to staff as needed excluding if the majority of duties is of Administrative/Office Assistant nature.
 
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Research Assistants will help with ongoing research studies, recruitment, paperwork, methods, and organization of field experience projects for spring 2019
  • Other research related duties will be given as needed
  • Data entry, organization, copying, making research folders, training to lead small segments of research projects
  • Perform other tasks and projects as assigned
 QUALIFICATIONS
  • Interest in human research, especially in reaction time, arterial stiffness, diabetes, or cardiovascular disease.
  • Qualified individuals should be able to maintain focus and organization of detailed tasks.
  • All RA's will be required to do CITI training and the most qualified candidates will have already completed CITI Social and Behavioral, Conflicts of Interest and Responsible Conduct for Research Investigators (at https://about.citiprogram.org/en/homepage/) which are free trainings.
  • All who are interested will be given a chance to complete these trainings.
