Welcome to Elizabeth City State University’s Office Venue Reservations!
ECSU offers the region’s premiere venues available for rental opportunities. Our facilities may accommodate small and large groups up to 3,000 people. Our mission is to provide the best experience for those in the community and university who are planning meetings and events.

Reservation Request
Campus guests and Vikings, by selecting the venue below, you may submit your reservation through the venue's Event Request Form. Submission of form does not guarantee reservation. ECSU admistration staff reserve the right to disapprove request. ECSU administrative staff reserve the right to decline events on approved holidays. All events are subject to cancellation by administrative staff. No applicate should make any commitments, release any advertising or take any action using ECSU facilities until venue request is approved and a fully signed Facilies Use License Agreement is completed. This video tutorial has been created to help walk you through making your request in Ad Astra Scheduling software.
Alcohol - Request must be approved by the Office of the Chancellor. Request are not guaranteed as approved.
Request to sell/serve alcohol will only be available for the K.E. White Center by written request.
Request to sell/serve alcohol other than in the K.E. White Center will be considered by written request.
All walk-in payments must be made directly to the ECSU cashier, located on the first floor of the Marion Thorpe building. Hours of operation are 8:30am-12:30pm.
