Bias Hall is a three story residence hall erected in 1938 and most recently,  fully renovated in the spring of 2021. The traditional co-ed style residence hall features double occupancy rooms, housing the Living and Learning Communities.

This state of the art modern residence hall was opened during the Fall Semester 2004. This housing complex is a three-story building with suite style rooms that include single and double bedrooms , housing 196 male and female upperclassmen.

Erected in 1993, University Towers is a four-story housing 200 students.

Erected in 2012, Viking Tower is a three-story, 210-bed residence hall.

Erected in 2004, Viking Village is a three-story building, with suite style apartments, living room areas, a club house and court yard.
