ECSU campus is operating with limited in-person availablity but our ability to serve our students and families is still open.
To support social distancing practices the following offices are providing additional virtual services so that students do not have to travel to campus to complete their business with the university.

Virtual Information Sessions are available and perspective parents and families can sign up through our Viking Admissions Portal. No on campus tours are available for Fall 2020. If you want to schedule an appointment with your FA counselor, use E4U/Navigate to find our availability for a one-on-one Zoom session at a time that works for you.
All of our financial aid forms have been converted to an e-sign format – no printing required!

Not open to the community for Fall 2020. Students, Faculty and Staff are welcome to visit with limited hours. M - F 8-5; Sunday 12-8.
The Campus Store is open Monday through Friday, 8:00amto 5:00pm. Students will need to submit a electronic voucher request to use Financial Aid funds to purchase items from the ECSU Campus Store. Please call or email for assistance.
The Book rental request form should be used for part-time students to Opt-in Book Rental and to opt-out of Book Rental for full-time students. Please call or email for assistance.
Don’t wait! For the fall semester, students can have their books shipped to them at cost. Less than $10.
If you participate in the book rental agreement, your books can be prepared for you and you can pick them up!
Beginning Fall semester, students will be able to submit all meal plan changes and cancellation online using the Meal Plan Change & Cancellation Form. If approved to add, increase or decrease your meal plan, charges will be adjusted on your student account within 10–14 business days. Please call or email for an appointment or assistance.
All students and staff will need to complete the Viking ID Card Request Form to receive new or replacement ID cards. Upon receipt of request form, appointments will be scheduled. All students will be able to schedule an appointment online through E4U. Students must be registered and have their student accounts financially cleared to receive an ECSU Viking ID Card. Please bring a driver's license or other valid form of photo ID in order to obtain an ECSU Viking ID Card. All new students will be able to schedule an appointment online to take their photos. Financial Aid, Student Accounts, University Studies, Information Technology offices will be closed but we will hold virtual hours to help you with the following services:
Pay My Tuition, Set up My Payment Plan, Check Financial Aid Status, Register for Classes, add a commuter meal plan, add electronic voucher request (commuter meal plan, pay for parking decals, purchase supplies in bookstore), IT support.
