Who Is Considered an International Student

You are considered an international applicant if you do not hold U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status.

Students who graduated from high schools outside the United States must complete the international admissions process.

Application Process (Step-by-Step)

  1. Apply online and pay the $30 application fee. Apply to ECSU >
  2. Complete, sign and return the International Student Data Form. Complete International Student Data Form >
  3. Provide a photocopy of the identification page(s) in your passport or official document showing the first and last name you will be using while in the United States.

All international transcripts must be evaluated by a NACES-approved credential evaluation agency.

Requirements:

  • Course-by-course evaluation

  • GPA conversion

  • Sent directly to ECSU

Students whose native language is not English must submit one of the following:

Or:

  • A college English course with a C or better.

International students must provide proof they can pay for their education.

  • Minimum amount students must account for is $28,126 (USD)
