ECSU University Choir Set to Dazzle Audiences at Annual Winter Show
A Night of Musical Brilliance Returns to the Mickey L. Burnim Fine Arts Center
Elizabeth City, N.C. — The award-winning Elizabeth City State University University Choir is gearing up to captivate the community once again with its highly anticipated Annual Winter Show, returning Friday, December 5, 2025, at the Mickey L. Burnim Fine Arts Center. Doors open at 7:00 p.m., and the performance begins promptly at 8:00 p.m. The event is free to the public, with advance registration encouraged.
Renowned for its dynamic sound, artistic excellence, and powerful stage presence, the ECSU University Choir has become a hallmark of the university’s cultural and musical identity. This year's Winter Show is expected to be one of the most electrifying performances yet—featuring holiday favorites, classical masterworks, contemporary selections, and special collaborations that showcase the depth and versatility of ECSU’s talented student vocalists.
Dr. Walter Swan, Director of Choral Activities and Conductor of the University Choir, expressed tremendous excitement for this year’s production.
