As we approach the final days of the semester, we want to acknowledge the weight many of you may be carrying. These are heavy times, and it is normal to feel unsettled. Please know that you are not alone, and resources are available to support your academic progress and emotional well-being. Whether you need someone to talk to, help to stay on track as the semester closes, or assistance navigating online platforms, ECSU is here to walk with you. Below you will find services and links to various resources for tutoring, counseling and academic support.
ECSU Peer Tutoring
The Tutorial Center is open and ready to support you! Peer tutors are available both in-person and online from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with additional drop-in and appointment hours also offered. CANVAS End-of-the Semester Student Learning Support
The Center for Teaching and Learning, in collaboration with the Office of Distance Education, will be available to provide support to students who may be experiencing challenges with CANVAS during this period of transition at the end of the semester. If help is needed, in addition to communicating directly with instructors about assignments and final exams, students can:
1) Contact the Office of Distance Education Help Desk by emailing de@ecsu.edu
2) Contact the 24-Hour Canvas Support Help Desk by calling 1-877-216-6120.
3) Within Canvas, select the "Help" button, located on the left-side Global Navigation menu. Then, select from one of the support resource items within the menu (for example, Live Chat).
